It’s an honor to serve and represent the people of Columbia County and parts of Multnomah and Washington Counties in the Oregon Legislature.
As your Representative, my mission is clear: to listen to your concerns, fight for solutions that matter to our community, and ensure your voices are heard in Salem. Whether we’re tackling the housing crisis, addressing addiction and public safety, or promoting environmental stewardship, I’m committed to advancing policies that make life better for all Oregonians.

About Darcey
After graduating from public school in Banks, Darcey embarked on a career in the Washington County tech industry, where she learned the importance of innovation and perseverance. Eventually, she took a leap of faith and established her own real estate firm, which has since flourished into a successful business.
Darcey has made a significant impact in several roles such as:
Membership Coordinator for the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce
Providing childcare services to local families
Board member of Xpose Hope, a faith-based non-profit reaching out to members of the adult entertainment industry
Board member of TVW Inc., a local business dedicated to providing employment services for people with disabilities
Volunteering for the Justice Center of Washington County.
Darcey and her husband Rob have been happily married for 33 years, raising three children, two of whom they adopted through the Oregon Department of Human Services.
